Our primary annual fundraiser is the Trash Dash, a 5K run that is held in November. Planning begins months ahead and includes obtaining sponsors, designing a T-shirt, coordinating the actual race, prizes for the winners, and advertising.
We need members for this committee to help coordinate the event and be sure all the activities work like clockwork. If you have racing experience or if you like planning an event, your participation will be invaluable!
